If you are not satisfied with the rod, simply let us know and return it to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Honryu and Keiryu rods, we offer a 1-year “No Questions Asked” warranty.
No matter what happened—whether you or your dog accidentally stepped on the rod in the parking lot, slammed it in a truck door, hit a bridge or rocks while casting, or had a friend step on it while taking fish photos (yeah, I've done all of it myself) —we’ll send you the replacement parts you need free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
You may make as many claims as needed during the one-year warranty period.
Even after the 1-year super-strong warranty period ends, NINJA can still get you back on the water with replacement rod parts.
We stock most parts here in Frisco, Colorado, but sometimes we need to bring them in from our rod manufacturer in Japan. In those cases, please allow 3–4 weeks for the parts to arrive.
Part prices vary, but most replacement parts run about $100–$200 per section, including shipping and tariffs.
Before we ship the replacement part(s), we will contact you with the estimated delivery time and cost.

If you purchased your Honryu / Keiryu rod from Amazon or eBay instead of directly from the NINJA online store, the following warranty policy applies.
NINJA offers an unconditional “No Questions Asked” warranty for 1 year.
The free warranty may be used only ONCE during the first year after purchase.
Once you have used the “No Questions Asked” warranty one time during the first year, any additional replacement parts will be charged. After the first year from the date of purchase, replacement part(s) and shipping will also be charged. The cost will depend on which part of the rod is needed, and we will let you know the price before we ship it.

Excluding Honryu and Keiryu rods, simply text photos of the damaged product to (970) 389-1341.
We will send you a replacement free of charge, including shipping.
If you prefer a refund instead, we will refund the full retail price you paid.
